Pokhara to Nayapul & Trek Tikhedhunga

Drive to Nayapul and trek along the valley stream to Tikhedhunga.

Day 2 2,860m

Tikhedhunga to Ghorepani

Climb Ulleri stone steps through rhododendron forests to Ghorepani.

Day 3 2,630m

Poon Hill Sunrise to Tadapani

Early view from Poon Hill (3,210m) before trekking forest ridges to Tadapani.

Day 4 2,170m

Tadapani to Chhomrong

Descend to Kimrong Khola and climb to the hillside village of Chhomrong.

Day 5 2,600m

Chhomrong to Dovan

Cross the suspension bridge and hike through bamboo forests to Dovan.

Dovan to Deurali

Walk the steepening Modi Khola valley past Hinku Cave to Deurali.

Deurali to MBC to ABC

Trek past MBC (3,700m) into the glacial basin of Annapurna Base Camp.

ABC Sunrise to Bamboo

Sunrise over Annapurna I, then a long descent to Bamboo.

Bamboo to Jhinu Hot Springs

Retrace steps past Chhomrong to the riverside thermal pools of Jhinu.

Jhinu to Siwai & Jeep to Pokhara

Short walk to Siwai and private jeep transfer to Pokhara.

Rest Day in Pokhara

Relax, unwind by the lakeside, and recover from the trek.
